Located off University and Buchtel, University Apartments offer on-campus apartment living for graduate and non-traditional undergraduate students. Studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units with one or two bathrooms are available. Each unit is unfurnished and features a private kitchen, bath, and living area.

University Apartments feature the convenience of living on-campus year round in a facility two blocks from the Daniels College of Business and one block from the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports & Wellness. Residents of University Apartments may also utilize its laundry room and off-street parking (permit required).

Each apartment features a kitchen with electric range and refrigerator, carpeting, and blinds. You will need to provide bedroom and living room furniture. And please note that housing rates at University Apartments do not include telephone or cable. A wireless ethernet connection is available, however the resident must purchase a wireless ethernet card.
