Aspen and Hilltop Apartments

If you're looking for a good deal on an apartment, consider our most popular on-campus option. Located at the center of campus Hilltop and Aspen Halls offer fully furnished and carpeted one- and two-bedroom apartments. DU apartments offer you independence and convenience, as well as an opportunity to meet other students who share your interests.

Highlights of on-campus apartment include outside doors locked 24 hours a day; picnic areas with barbecue grill; a television lounge, laundry facilities and a community room on the lower level of each facility. Units are fully carpeted, and each is a smoke-free facility.

Technology features of on-campus apartments include in-room network connections for your personal computer; free local telephone service (you will need to provide the phone); and free basic cable television service.

A one-bedroom apartment is 450 square feet, and a two-bedroom apartment is 635 square feet. Each apartment has a private living room, kitchen and bath and each includes living room furniture, dining table and chairs. Each bedroom comes with bedroom furniture, including a bed (mattress size 78” x 38”), desk, chair, and closet.
