Directions: Undergraduates may register for 19 credit hours without approval signatures. Undergraduates who wish to register for more than 19 hours must complete this form and gain approval from an adviser in the Center for Academic and Career Development. Generally, a cumulative GPA of greater than 3.0 is required for approval. Students who qualify may take up to 21 hours; they may not take more than that. Please note that whether or not approval is needed, tuition will be charged for any extra hour(s) beyond 18 hours. Note: Students cannot register for more than 18 quarter hours during their first quarter at DU.
